The 7 easy seafood recipes I make monthly

Hey loves! How’s life?

Did you smile today?

Smell that hot cup of coffee before sipping?

Took some time to enjoy outside?

No? Take 10 mins to do one and come back (don’t forget to come back)

The last year has taught me to love my house and one area of the house I’ve fallen in love with is my kitchen. From my new love of baking to trying to recipes, me and my kitchen have been bffs since April 2020.

While I love being in the kitchen and creating recipes, I don’t wan to be there all day. I want quick, easy recipes that pack a ton of flavor. I've also realized my love for all things seafood - fish, mussels, shrimp, etc.

Here are few of my fave seafood recipes that I make at least once a month.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

perfect with broccoli and mashed potatoes or brown rice

Baked Catfish

I like to sear these on the stove after baking to give it a crispier texture

Crab Cakes

paired with a simple salad has been my go to meal for a quick and easy lunch. I may or may not cook these more than once (save ya judgement!)

Crab Bisque

probably not the best thing to have during the summer months (I have a thing about not eating hot soup when it’s hot as heck outside - but during the fall/winter months - this is a great option. I love to make double and freeze for later)

Seared Scallops

I may have over and undercooked these more times than I can count but when I cook them just right - they’re AMAzing

Creamed Spinach Stuffed Salmon

I love this take on a basic baked salmon recipe. I add diced jalapenos to give it a little kick
