My Latest Trader Joe’s Obsessions
Though we’ve only had a Trader Joe’s store for the past 4 years, I can’t remember my life without it. Even though in the most horrible spot in Birmingham (seriously, who decided to put a grocery store in the middle of a shopping outlet) but I push thru because Trader Joe’s isn’t just a store, it’s an experience. Seriously, I took my husband for the first time a couple of weeks ago and now he’s hooked. We’re thinking of making this a family tradition …. Pizza Sunday, Taco Tuesday, and Trader Joe’s Thursday (because whoever decides to brave the crowds and traffic to shop TJ during the weekend … God bless you!!)Here are my latest obsessions (FYI: this will be a recurring this on the blog because 1. Trader Joe’s is just that awesome 2. They are always coming out with new things and 3. I mean its Trader Joe’s … need I say more?)
Mango Sorbet
Hubby is a sorbet lover so we came across this and had to try it out. I wish I was joking but I went back the VERY next day and bought another one. Not that we ate thru the first one the night before but because Hubby was convinced they were going to sell out and take forever to restock. I love to crush fresh blackberries and add diced strawberries....so good and great for a low calorie sweet snack.
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
If you haven't tried this seasoning on just about any and everything, you're missing out. I've seen this sell for over $20 on Amazon just so international shoppers can try the goodness that is this seasoning. Not sure if I would pay that much but you can rest assure at least 2 of these are in my cabinet at all times

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Me and hubby have Pizza and Mojito's on Sundays. While he's basically been the same size since high school, I look at pizza dough and gain 1.7 pounds so we occasionally switch up our dough and this is a great substitution. Reminds me of a thin crust pizza

Salt & Pepper Pistachios
I'm not a big fan of nuts (healthy but crazy in calories) but husband loves pistachios and apparently per hubby 'you can't find this flavor anywhere!'
